Aloha Huna: The Happy Human. This class is about personal growth and Hawaiian shamanism.
Students call this the “How to be Happy” class… Serge King of the Kahili family lineage has written wonderful texts about how to have a happy empowered life. We’ll use these traditions to grow our selves during this course.
Classes run for 10 sessions, covering 7 principles of Huna and practical application in your everyday life.

These shaman studies with Alakai Sue Hidalgo are based in the teachings of Serge King, a Kahuna teacher, therapist and author. For courses we’ll study most directly from 3 of his works: Urban Shaman, HUNA Ancient Hawaiian Secrets for Modern Living, and Happy Me/Happy You.
